Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled service are subject to a cancellation fee up to 50% of service fee. Cancellations made same day of scheduled service are subject to cancellation fee up to 100% of service.

Weather Policy: Services are subject to be adjusted or cancelled due to extreme weather conditions. Your pets safety is our number one priority and we will always strive to provide the best quality of care in these circumstances.
